Very good product

Kordfree vaccum cleaner
It is a fairly powerful product which has been priced reasonably. I am happy to use it for my stray needs and find it effective. However, it can not be compared to the more powerful but highly priced products available in the market.

Very good quality vacuum broom.
Very nice, handy, light weight and effective vacuum cleaner. I bought it for removing my pet hai from the floor, bedsheets, sofa etc. It has a chargeable battery, lasts well and it can be used without charging cable on.

Fraud company which refuses to service their products
The product was decent with decent suction power. Vacuuming the floor was sometimes enough as it removed micro dust hence there was no need for mopping every day. But the customer service is horrible! Bought this in Jan 2025. Battery went bad in 4 months around May 2025. From that time I have been talking to customer care over email and calls. They give a generic response to email and someone contacts saying they will take care in 24 hours. Nothing has happened so far in the last 4 months. Very irresponsible and fraud company. All their physical customer care location have 1 star rating and complains are most around their fraudulent behavior. Avoid Eureka Forbes like plague.

Does the job don't expect big.
It's good and convenient. Does a decent job of vacuuming. Packaging, delivery and product is good. Received call for demo and assistance. Shortcomings are battery backup. On high speed, it will last only to clean about 2 rooms. Suction power is ok only on high speed. Cleans out dust. But even larger like rice or small stones, difficult to clean. I guess it's worth the price. Because another brand costing 4 times this unit, is 4 times better ! Update after 1 month of use: Battery is not sufficient even for 1 room!!! A fully charged battery drains off within 5min on full power.
