GERBER Dual-Force Multi-Tool,White/Black

My partner often sends me links to tools and things he wants or thinks he'd like, so he can find it later. I followed through on this one and purchased for Christmas last year. Now that I've seen his attachment to this thing, a review seemed appropriate! It must be comfortably sized and lightweight, because he has carried it daily for almost a year now. He uses it regularly too. He uses it around the house, in the garage, he fixed something inside my son's car, he's used at a car wreck on the interstate. It's always with him. Seems like good quality, opens easily, and works when he needs it. Worth the money, and I would buy again for him or our older sons.

Got this as a gift to my brother, we both work industrial maintenance. This tool has all the right tools for everyday carry and tinkering at home.

I use this every day and will be getting another for my days off outfit. The only feature I usually don't use is the adjustable jaws. The Phillips and knife get used daily and work great. The only issue I had was with the case, it had some sharp corners where melted but remelting and flatting it wasn't hard, wish they're was a leather case for it as a option.

Over all good. Bought for pliers mostly, rest was bonus. Wanted to replace an old army issue one that kept pinching me when I used pliers and slipped off. Pliers are awesome. Can fold up with them in wide or narrow configuration. It fits either way in the sheath I'm using. I've gotten to the point I predominately use it for arborist work. Use pliers to grip and pull small saplings out of trails. Use saw to prune back branches off trails. Chisel I use for prying small things instead of using a knife tip in order to get room for knife or string to fit under. Saw is a typical pull only pruning type saw to keep from bending when pushing, about as flimsy as the Swiss Army knife one maybe a little better. Mine bent on second attempt to remove a small limb, guess I wasn't as straight on as necessary. Broke at thumb indention when I tried to bend back to get it back closed. Been waiting for 3 months on status of warranty claim.

As an owner and daily user of multiple multi-tools this one is top of the list. It has a nice heavy weight, feels solid and comfortable in hand. Adjustable snub nose pliers are great and closed access to center drive screw driver with easily changeable bits is a brilliant innovation. Highly recommended. Sheath is fine, personally I’m not a Velcro closure fan but that’s me. Currently on the hunt for a leather sheath with snap closure that fits but, no luck so far.

I used to only carry a Leatherman until I discovered the Gerber Dual Force and now I only carry the Gerber. You think about it, how often do you need a needle nose pliers. Not that often. What I really like is the slip joint pliers. The screw driver is more user friendly than any Leatherman. The knife blade keeps a sharp edge and is easier to sharpen than the stainless steel blade on a Leatherman

Great little item to have till the locking nut that holds all the tools in place fell off without me knowing. At that point, all the little piece fell out of place.

Son más mecánicas que eléctricas, perfecto agarre en tubos, resortes, opresores y candados, ojo no cortan alambre fácilmente, es más una función de cizalla y debes mover el cable o alambre para que se rompa. Este modelo no incluye bits. Más de un mes de uso y su desempeño es muy bueno. Fácil acceso a navaja, lima, destornillador Y Sierra. Robusta y resistente. La utilice en algo de mantenimiento doméstico y plomería, muy buen desempeño y hasta ahorita no denota óxido. Un poco Más grande que la Leatherman Surge
