Very cool stuff, mind you don't spill it though!
The fluid comes with two small screwtop plastic containers, along with a standard plastic petri dish and pipette. For the best effect I would advise putting a small amount in the petri dish, barely enough to cover the surface, and approach with a magnet from below. Be very careful, as a strong magnet from the side can easily cause the fluid to fly over the edge out of the petri dish!Be extra careful, since the fluid stains most materials, and can be difficult to wash out.The effect from a magnet is very interesting to look at. The volumes required are very small so this amount could be used to amuse quite a few people.

Use a glass jar!
OK, top tips: open up the packaging throw away the plastic dishes and the pipette. Get your self a small, glass jar with a tight screw on lid, like an old small chutney jar and pour in the fluid, let it drain, wrap up the old packaging and throw it all away. Seal the jar with the lid.Now you can safely play with a magnet on the outside of the glass jar and you won't get this everywhere (like I did!). Its a good laugh and amazed our granddaughter and others.

Fun
Fantastic, girlfriend and I loved messing around with it. Do be careful though, it's incomprehensibly messy!

Became solid after 4 years
In first years it was great (5 stars). After 2 years not used and 2 years in a closed container for student demonstration it became solid and it is not responding to magnets (1 star). I contacted FIRST4MAGNETS and will let you know.

Fascinating
Interesting to see different patterns using different shaped magnets

Not very good.
Does not really seem like a fluid more like very small filings. Dissolves into brown mess in bottle.

Weak
Quite disappointed with this, it's very weak and does not have viscosity, I tried with different magnets but the fluid is so bad it just messed the jar and everything makes the container black, no fun at all. I was hoping to make art project with it, like sculpture and this is no good, you cant drag it or pour it, it's just mess.

Great but messy
Bought this for my science keen 7 year old. He loves it! But it DEFINITELY needs supervision, it's messy!! I learned that the hard way..
