I purchased this a year ago to help with the arthritis pain in my neck (from a car accident in my 20's) during the cold winter months. I got it just in time to use it during the early morning set-up and live tv production of a Thanksgiving high school football game. It kept my neck nice and warm during set-up. But, we realized someone forgot the USB charger for the Internet hotspot we use to steam the game on the Internet. At halftime, the hotspot battery was about to die. Thankfully, the neck warmer can also double add a USB battery pack. It had enough charge left in it to keep the hotspot running for the rest of the game. Saved the day!One year in, the battery doesn't last as long. Once it gets down to about 40%, it dies. But I've got a ton of use out of it. And the battery still lasts a good amount of time. Battery wear is expected over time. I like it so much, I'm buying another one today.

If you are anything like me I am ALWAYS COLD. These little heaters are a god sent for me and always warm my core! I have had a few over the years . Most tend to die after a while with the constant use, or the battery life lowers and it only last an hour or two. While I am not sure how this one will hold up, so far its amazing. I wore it ALLL day yesterday while out shopping on 40/45 and it was perfect! It Didnt fall below 50% and had it on for over 5 hours. The cover that it comes with is clutch and super awesome! I will be putting it to the test tomorrow at an outdoor hockey rink where ill be for a few hours. Fingers crossed !

Our family purchased 3 of these over the prior year. This rechargeable neck-warmer features multiple levels of heat settings and has a built-in USB that can be used to charge another device (like phone). It also includes a soft fabric cover. During cold weather my husband wears this warmer daily while working outside or working inside on a house remodel. I use mine less frequently, but find it warms my whole body during a cold weather walk. We did discover that after a lot of use that the battery only recharges to 99% instead of 100%…which is to be expected.

I have tried several different brands of neck warmers for pain, and this one is the best. It takes a long time to charge and doesn’t last very long, but it is great for a few hours and helps more with pain than any medication.

Update.. the third picture shows how this is falling apart. I don't feel that it's safe to wear anymore, and I'm very disappointed.--I have neck issues (EDS and CCI) and needed something that would help while I work. This heater charges quickly enough and lasts a long time on the lowest setting. I've used it daily (and nearly all day when I'm working) for a week or so and overall, I'm very pleased. It comes with a cover and the caveat to use it if you want to use the highest heat setting. Honestly, anything over 45C is too hot without the cover (and some days, even 45C is too hot without it). No complaints, just a heads up that you'll want the cover. I do wish I could feel the heat better at higher settings with the cover on, but I can certainly feel the it, regardless. I docked 2 stars because today when I opened the charging port cover, it broke off. There's a tab, so I can press it in to cover it but I'm not happy that I have to keep up with it. If it lasts and doesn't burn me, I'll be happy. Just wish the cover hadn't come off.

Being one if those people who gets cold easily, I’m thrilled to have an inexpensive option that keeps me comfortable. I was concerned that the warmer would be uncomfortable resting on my collar bones, but it is not, at all. The charging goes rapidly at first, slowing to a crawl by the end. However, It lasts on the highest setting for many hours and a partial re-charge could see you for several hours more. I’ve worn it for winter walks in the woods, as well as around the house to take the chill off. I think it would be great for outdoor sporting events. It Also, it feels good on my arthritic neck. I like it so well that I gave one as a gift.

I like this I bought it for when I work and have some neck pain from some previous accidents. It warms up nice and the velvet cover is nice so I don't get burned. It's convenient as it is small and I can travel with it. The issue is battery life and charge time. It has been plugged in for almost 5 hours and it's still not 100% it's very slow to charge and once used it needs to be charged again so thats a bit disappointing. Also the settings are a little hard to adjust as you have to keep pushing the button to change the settings and sometimes it just seems like I am going around and around to get the setting I want. Its great when it's working as I wanted something for pain and a heating pad is bulky and this isn't in my opinion and it's not intrusive I am able to work with it on. I just wish the battery and charging was better as well as the settings.

Really love it. I would recommend it for anyone to get it and try once.
