Lodge is known for its quality!
Very durable and sturdy. Not surprising since it’s a Lodge! Used it to bake scones and oh my, the crust was perfectly crisp all around and evenly baked since cast iron is a great conductor of heat. It also did not stick! Size is perfect for individual servings and it is very easy to clean. After rinsing with water to remove any remaining crumbs, I season it again with an ever so slight layer of oil and it’s ready to use again. Highly recommend!

I love cast iron pans! I got this one to make perfectly round eggs for egg muffin sandwiches, love the even heating and the quality of these pans. My daughter makes her sandwiches ahead of time and freezes them it works great. Easy to clean, easy to use and bakes great.

Great cast iron
This items was great for baking corn bread and other things like pancakes. It was super easy to use and clean. It’s very sturdy and has weight you can tell its quality and the price is good for what you get.

Potioned for you
I recently went to cast iron. Lodge is my brand to run too. This biscuit and muffin pan is perfect. Spray it, fill it & bake it. I have zero issues with sticking. Cleaning I use a cast iron dish rag & dry in oven so it wont rust. Pan is a little heavy (but cast iron is). Was packaged very nicely, delivered promptly.

Small Things With Large Flavor
You can make biscuits,cornbread and small cakes. They make beautiful pineapple upside down cakes. I love it. I actually give it as gifts.

Idli rava first; add potato masala then top with rava OR eggs ; turn them add cheese tomato for bread cutlet. using it as a paniyaram 4329.

Excellent cast iron pan, seasoned and ready to use. The more you use it and keep it oiled the better it performs in oven or on BBQ.

Only 3 stars because the factory seasoning is not the best. You will need to season this several times (i.e. in your BBQ?) to get it to be non-stick. The idea is great, but before you use it, make sure you have a good seasoning on it or you will be scrubbing it for hours after first use.
