I see complaints that the package comes damaged and wont be replaced. So if ordered and arrived damaged you offer nothing?

Hi, We have received any complaints of items arriving damaged but if that would happen, Amazon will take care of you. These are fulfilled by Amazon meaning they handle the billing and logistics of your order, if it arrives damaged due to poor packaging, Amazon will refund you!

The description says "organic" but on the package it just says ground vanilla beans for ingredients. Is it organic or not?

As per the description provided: "Fresh Madagascar Vanilla Bean Powder Ground from Whole Vanilla Pods from Late 2022 - 2023 Crop Sustainably Sourced at Fair Market Prices" It is my understanding they do not use beans used in extract.
