Cleaned the pan , then heated on hob with just bit of oil like it said , then washed again ready to use . First food i cooked was rump steak, i like it part cooked on hob then finished off in the oven , came out tasting very nice an tender but depends how you like your steak i can eat mine rare but like it best medium rare so sweet an full of flavour . The pan is very light easy to use , an just fits the oven , great as handle is removeable i read a lot of other buyers comments before i purchased , as i was fed up of old non stick black coated pans that say theyre dish washer safe ! But not it ruins them . Not taking chances with this one tho as its so easy to clean i just wipe off any remaing grease with kitchen paper an then wash in bowl with soapy water . I think the salt in dishwasher would ruin the surface . I got just what i thought a very good pan all others are destined for the bin .

This Griddle pan is great, easy to use and easy to clean with just hot water. I like that the handle can be detached and you can then use the pan under the grill. It's not heavy either. It is important to season the pan first and after that just washing it in hot water gets it nice and clean. Nothing stuck to it. I made burgers and sausages so far and they come out lovely and not at all dry. Steaks next I think. I was going to get a cast iron one at first but now I'm glad I didn't. I bought another one as a present.

It seems OK. I've used it only once. Followed all the instructions to prepare. It cooked ok, and cleaned ok. It's absolutely fine so far. But only time will tell.

An absolutely brilliant pan. My wife is inclined to use maximum heat which destroys most pans but not this one l. And the non-stick is 100% effective. My favourite pan.

I struggled with a Le Creuset griddle pan for years thinking that they were the best - everything stuck like glue and I struggled to lift it as it was so heavy - I saw this, read the glowing reviews and for the price thought I would give it a try....my Le Creuset pan is no longer! This is a large pan and can hold enough food for 4 but is incredibly lightweight; the handle is easily removed but feels secure when in place. It works perfectly on induction and heats quickly on a medium heat. On its first run I brushed the food with oil but the non-stick coating is so good it didn't need it. I have since cooked burgers, salmon, fillet steak and vegetables all with the same excellent results and cleaning is a breeze. It can be wiped clean with a paper towel ready to go again or washed easily by hand. It's ovensafe as the handle is removable but I haven't tried that as yet. There are grooves on either side for pouring out fat/juices. I'm so happy with this pan that I'm buying one for my son. If you're thinking about purchasing this item but worried about food sticking, don't! It's excellent quality for the price. I'm only sorry I put up with my old pan for so long!

Heats evenly on an induction hob. Not heavy so comfortable to manoeuvre. Easy to clean. The removable handle is great for easy storing

Very heavy and can take a while to heat, but cooks steaks perfectly. The handle comes off so the pan can be placed in oven....the catch is a little flimsy i think so i just use the pan and oven gloves.

I have owned this griddle pan for just over six months; I wanted to leave it a decent amount of time before I reviewed it. The photos were taken today. This is my third non stick griddle pan and the best so far from the point of view of non stick. all the others were really ground on with carbon, or I'd scrubbed the non stick off. I followed the instructions and seasoned the pan from new, I have done it once since then too. Don't crank the heat up too high as it doesn't need it. My own technique after use, is to run a little water in it with a few drops of washing up liquid when it's hot, do it over a sink, as it fizzes and froths. then just put it back on the hob (on a cool ring) and leave it. Later I use a sponge (not the scouring side) and just wipe it clean, occasionally I rub the pan a little harder if a little carbon has stuck. A very good pan, i'd definitely buy it again; the detachable handle is useful for putting the pan in the oven too, although I personally haven't needed to do that yet.

Had some buied in the shop next to my house but not really good quality of materials. Good quality and easy to clean !! Perfect for me to cooking steak ,vegetables,gambas etc

This is an awesome pan. I washed and seasoned as directed on the side of the box and cooked thick porkchops in it the first night I had it. Lovely crusty brown grill marks, moist and juicy inside. Yum! As others have noted the handle releases very easily. This is great for anything you want to finish cooking in the oven. I had absolutely no wobble or looseness in the handle. As long as you pick the pan straight up you will have no problems at all with the handle releasing when you do not want it to. I replaced a cast iron pan with this pan and the chops cooked as well in this pan as they do in the cast iron. I just wanted something easy to clean (it is) and lighter to handle (it is).

Wir haben diese Pfanne für die Gastronomie gekauft,weil der Großhandel leider nichts sinnvolles im Angebot hatte und die üblichen Pfannen grad ein halbes Jahr gehalten haben aber das dreifache vom Preis kosten. Was mir gefällt,ist das die Pfanne sehr leicht ist vom Gewicht her und trotzdem einen sehr robusten Eindruck macht. Wir benutzen sie auf einem Gasherd und die Hitzeverteilung sowie die Brateigenschaften sind wirklich sehr gut. Was mir ebenfalls sehr gefällt,ist das die Beschichtung ungiftig ist,das war auch ein Kaufargument für diese Pfanne. Zumal es nicht wie eine Beschichtung aussieht,es fühlt sich eher an wie aus einem Guss. Einzig zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen,da wir die Pfanne erst 3 Tage im Einsatz haben. Aber bisher sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Excellente poêle grill ! La surface antiadhésive avec revêtement granit est vraiment efficace : rien n’accroche, même sans matière grasse, et le nettoyage est super facile. Le format 28 cm est parfait pour griller viandes, légumes ou poissons. La poignée amovible est un vrai plus : pratique pour le rangement, le passage au four ou même au lave-vaisselle. Compatible tous feux, y compris induction, et montée rapide en température grâce à la fonte d’aluminium. En plus, elle est sans PFOA, donc rassurante côté santé. Très bon produit, robuste et bien pensé !
