Excellent quality product worth the price paid does the job very well and does relieve neck pain. Easy to fit around the neck and has precise control with the pump and release valve.

Ordered on a Wed - delivered on same Sat - free delivery. Relatively easy to use - fits snug around the neck and the Velcro strips hold it in position. Close valve and pump up to take the strain and just squeeze the bulb once a minute to maintain pressure - relief is excellent. Would have given 5 stars if it was easier to match up the velcro strips.

Was suffering nerve pain caused by a trapped nerve in my neck, and couldn’t wait for this contraption to arrive. Sadly it wasn’t as helpful as I’d hoped. The Velcro tabs which secure the thing in place don’t allow it to grip particularly well round my 18” neck so on a few occasions pumping the device caused it to break free and pop off. When I did manage to successfully inflate the thing it didn’t seem to raise my head much as it’s supposed to, but instead seemed to strangle me! I’d end up having to ‘tap out’ and rip it off long before any therapeutic effects were experienced as my face would go purple and my eyes bulge out. I might upload a photo in future to show you what I mean. Then again perhaps not lol.Others might have better luck than me with it, and it may work better with pencil necks or dainty women, but for me it’s on the shelf gathering dust in the hope I never need it again.

It weighs a vast amount and reeks of rubber tyres. I returned mine for a refund.

This is a fantastic product that has not only assisted in relieving neck pain but it is also helping to improve posture. It is extremely easy to use and I would have no hesitation in recommending it others. Delivery was also very quick. Excellent service all round.

Very high quality. Good pumping mechanism. Velcro fastening a bit awkward to fit in the right place. Well packaged arrived on time. Too early to tell yet whether it is helping my neck but early signs are promising.

Disappointed little effect and basically just like inner tubes joined together that you blow up my neck slipped inside it more than it got support
