Mounted a 6000lb winch for a hitch setup and this worked perfectly. My winch has a non-standard hole pattern but I was able to drill through this and get it mounted. After several pulls to skid very large trees, this plate has held up fine.

The holes lined up with my winch.
I am using the winch attached to my SUV. I use it as an anchor point for the winch. I also use it with the double pitch adapter to pull things into my trailer. Using my ramps and the winch makes loading easy.
