Great for all hard floors including solid oak wood flooring and wet room flooring which is hard to clean. Sent is not strong but when my daughters came home they noticed the fresh scent and said it smelled really fresh but not to strong in your face. I used filter water from my filter jug as I am trying to prevent lime scale so I could not answer lime scale answer truthfully but the solution did not cause any problems to my steam cleaner. This is the best cleaning product that I have used for steam cleaners , all ground in dirt on wet room flooring was gone in know time, very impressive as wet room flooring is very difficult to clean . My kitchen floor is also the the lighter grade of wet room flooring and it got out all greasy dirt spots. I have 4 dogs we live in a village and the dogs come back from their walks everyday full of mud cleaned all dried on mud with little effort. I liked that the smell worked but was not to strong as it’s not nice for our dogs or us to be chocked on strong smelling detergent after a while becomes horrible to breath in . I would say the floors smell sanitised which is all I need anyway. I did not rate smell 5 stars as some people would think it extremely strong which it isn’t but makes your home smell fresh and sanitised a healthy smell also smelt the same the next day. I think when you are cleaning yourself you don’t notice the smell until after you have cleaned because of the steam. I also used this on my old steam mop not my knew one so I think it had a fair test . Will buy again good thing is you only need a little bit which goes a long way, great value for your money .

This product seemed to work well in my steam cleaner and I like the idea of adding a detergent and water softener to my steam cleaner. It cleans reasonably well, although it does leave streaks behind and I found I needed to go over chrome and other shiny surfaces with a cloth afterwards to remove any streaks. However, my main problem with this product is the smell! The fragrance is highly synthetic and even diluted as per the package instructions, I found it to be far too strong and overpowering. I doubt whether I will be able to get through the entire bottle as I personally find the fragrance quite unpleasant. Sadly, I won't be buying again on this basis.

I use this detergent in my Shark steam mop, It leaves the floors smelling nice and fresh and helps get rid of grease on my kitchen tiles. It only needs a small amount mixed with water in my steam mop and is a great product. I bough this detergent for the sole purpose of using with my new steam mop and I am very happy as Ive used it many times and because of its strong nature i still have a large amount left after using it almost daily. Highly recommend for steam mops and keeping your steam mop healthy from lime scale build up and blockages in the steam pipe. The only thing I would say is that to get wooden floors completely shiny I would use a floor polish also as steam mops can leave water marks then can be visible in bright sunlight. This is a cleaning product and kills germs and also great for toilet floors and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. The ocean fresh smell is pleasant and exactly that. Fresh !. thank you

Used it once , first impressions very goodA good purchase will last me at least a year so little needed to do a good job but you do need a good steam mop

Bought this as a package with my new Vileda Steamer. I love the fragrance of this detergent, and it seems to be doing the trick, as my old steamer wouldn’t use detergent, and I often found my floors still marked or streaked, but not any more! So I’m delighted with this detergent and completely recommend it!
