This is very effective, non addictive and it being sublingual is great. They are 2 mg’s and I break mine in half. I don’t take meds well but I give this a definite 100% the best! So for the price it’s very worth it. I have recommended this to several people and they love it. I get a fabulous night sleep and wake up refreshed.

I love this product because it works so good and I only need a 1/2 tab. Fortunately they are scored to make it easier for me to break in 1/2. I don't take often but when I do I sleep like a baby and wake up with no side effects or drowsiness, just wide awake and ready for the day. My Apple watch likes it too, tells me I hit my sleep goal every time I take one.

I've been a fan of the USANA brand for years & use to purchase this directly from them but their shipping is expensive. I love that I can fall asleep easily with Pure Rest & get peaceful sleep without any issues. I wake up on time everytime and wake up ready to get up, not dragging sleepy, not procrastinating getting out of bed. I don't use it every night, just when I have trouble falling asleep due to situational worries, like things on my mind about the next day or things like that. I was surprised when I looked for this USANA Pure Rest sleep aid on Amazon & found it. I was more surprised to find that while it cost a bit more than from USANA company, it cost me less to buy it from Amazon because I pay for the Prime Membership & shipping is free. Buying it direct from USANA the product cost less but total cost was a lot more because of the shipping cost.
