Everything you need is in this kit to get started - auricular ear map, tweezers, e book and acuseeds. I found the map nice and clear to follow and the acuseeds easy to apply. If you’re finding it fiddly to find the right auricular point, you can always get a skin friendly pen and dot the areas you wish to target on your ear before applying the acuseeds. I targeted 3 areas which you can see in the photos - knees, neck and occiput. My knees are a long term problem area for me and after placing an acuseed on the auricular point corresponding to them, that point felt very warm for two hours. It felt far more tender compared to the other two auricular points. To me, I know that means it’s an area I need to focus on and that it’s working - and my knee pain is genuinely subsiding. Now and then I gently press and rub my acuseeds for ongoing stimulation. Back to the retailer and product, the quality of these earseeds by dragon acupuncture is excellent. The adhesive is strong so the acuseeds stay on for a few days in spite of water contact. It’s also a nice feeling to use a product with a natural element (real seeds) as opposed to the Western plastic bling versions out there. Personally, I feel it’s important to support an Asian family run company where the art and practice of TCM is in their bloodline. They know what they’re doing. They really care. It’s not about making an ancient healing modality fashionable with flashy crystals. Acuseeds are a fantastic compliment and alternative to acupuncture. This is the best brand I’ve found so far and I’m so happy I discovered it.

Great ear seeds and they have brilliant stick, last for the full 5 days of wearing even showering every day. Make me feel calmer and help my pots and nervous system. Fab kit with tweezers and everything included. It is difficult getting the spots by yourself in a mirror but that’s same with all kits. Clear instructions on how to use.

The ear seeds are great as they remain in place even when washing ears. The ebook is easy to understand but would have preferred hard copy.

Cheaply made and adhesiveness fades to nothing over a couple of months. Have to throw away my batch now basically.

Used for oricular acupuncture. . Very difficult to insert. However do the job.

I’ve only just started using these so will give an update in a couple of weeks. I must admit that it is great value for money and the adhesive is amazing, they really do stay on for at least 3 days so really durable

I purchased these a while back but have only just got around to reviewing them. I would definitely recommend these ear seeds. They can be a little fiddly to put them in the correct place, but, after a couple of goes, it becomes easier. I have to say, I felt an immediate effect. so much more energy. The pack is good value for money, as you get a chart showing all the ear positions, a short video, an ear probe and tweezers as well as the actual seeds. My only small criticism would be the video. It is only very basic. If you want more, you have to go onto Facebook. I don't do Facebook or any social media, so that bit wasn't much use to me. However, it didn't affect my results. I would suggest giving it a go. I don't think you will regret it.

Por otro lado, el material tiene muy buena pinta. Bien envasado todo, asegurando higiene con ello, buena presentación (si se quiere regalar) y se percibe mucha calidad en la sonda, pinzas y semillas.
