I originally purchased one of these off a shopping channel many years ago, it is brilliant when cutting wallpaper top/bottom edges. As my old one was getting worn out I was so happy when I found this replacement, it is good as the original. I hate using scissors this cutter makes the job a lot quicker and easier. If you are new to using this, it needs a little practice to get the hang of it, once you have mastered it, you wont go back to using scissors, would definitely recommend

Excellent product. I bought one many years ago from an exhibition and it is a real boon. I cannot do without this tool for decorating. I decided to update my old one and purchased this in January. I decorated one room and then the device ceased to cut. It made a noise but the vibrating cutting edge does not move. I have been trying to work out how to get a replacement form Amazon but cannot find a way of contacting them. This is a major disappointment with Amazon, not being able to contact them.

This tool appears to be a really good idea and having used a similar tool several years ago that had been quite effective, I bought one. It is not terribly strong in the trigger department - the trigger jams in and the orange plastic housing for the blade (which is actuated by the trigger) rotates slightly, preventing the machine working smoothly and causing the corner to drag on the wallpaper, usually tearing it unless a VERY light touch is used. A well conceived idea that has been poorly implemented and poorly engineered. Don't buy it.

A bit hit and miss, sometimes it cuts well other times it tears paper, I think it's how wet the paper is. I went back to sharp craft knife and straight edge

So easy to use cuts through paper like butter. Read the instructions and you cannot go wrong. Makes papering so much easier.

Sehr gerader Schnitt am Anden Wandecken und Ubergängen zur Decke. Zuvor stets mit Schere gearbeitet. Nun Tapezieren deutlich einfacher.

Absolut geiles Gerät. Sauberer Schnitt, egal ob es der obere Abschluss, der untere Abschluss, Ecken oder sonst was sind. Das Gerät ist der beste Tapezierhelfer den ich kenn. Das einzige was mich etwas stört ist die Abdeckung vom Batteriefach, die sollte etwas fester zu gehen, da sie manchmal versehentlich mit dem Handballen geöffnet wird und dann die beiden Batterien rausfallen. Bis auf das wirklich kleine Manko mit dem Batteriefach aber uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!

Très bon outil que j'utilise depuis plus de 35 ans , coupe nette et précise en utilisant l'arrondi de la poignée pour bien marquer l'angle entre le mur et le plafond. Lames d'une grande longévité vu que la partie coupante n'est pas en contact avec le plafonnage

J'avais déjà acheté le même il y a une trentaine d'années , il n'a pas changé d'un iota . Remplit très bien son office , permet de faire des coupes bien droites au niveau des plinthes , mais attention , les murs doivent être bien planes , sinon la lame risque de se planter dans la moindre surépaisseur , comme çà a été mon cas . J'avais omis de poncer les irrégularités en me disant que le papier peint allait les cacher .
