Is this box genuine leather?

(Not Full grain leather) If the box was made from real leather it would cost approximately 3-4 times as much. 99.99% of watch boxes this size that cost under $200 are going to be PU leather. Will the pillows fit lady times pieces ?

Yes, the pillows are about 6.5-7in around. They can compress.

What is the internal slot dimension without the foam?

Approximately 1 and 7/8ths inches. However, your watch will sit above the slot, you're not confined to a watch diameter smaller than 1 and 7/8ths inch.

Are larger pillows available, to fit an 8-8.5” bracelet/band?

I have 12 inch nato straps on some of my watches, works fine. I have 4 with stainless bracelets that are 8.5 fit in just fine
