ordered if for a wedding gift. I bought one last year, it is so soft and cozy.

Super comfortable and light and well worth the price. Excellent quality that I didn't think I'd find again. And without the dreaded returns of trying something and it not right. It feels like the same one I bought in 2007 at BB&B on Christmas Day for half off and that was $250. So normally a $500 comforter and as a matter of fact I still have it although the feathers are kind of falling out. I'll probably just need to take it to a seamstress and have her resell a few things but I'm still keeping that as I am going to keep this. Incredible feel and very warm for an L2. The design is great. I haven't washed it yet but on order to fluff it I basically put it in the dryer for an hour on delicates with no heat. It did come sealed in a small box but it was absolutely perfect after an hour on fluff with no heat. I will end up buying another one when I get a king size bed. All I need now is a duvet that feels just like this comforter. There was no scent as some people mentioned. It smelled fresh right out of the box.

This comforter is very good quality for a great price. I have another down comforter I've had for 15+ years that I've been reluctant to replace, but it was worth it. There are a few important steps I had to follow once I got it in order to have it fluff up and be ready for the bed: 1) I put it in the dryer right away after receiving it vacuum packed, on air fluff with 3 tennis balls for about 50 mins. It made a big difference to start. If you have a laundromat nearby with a larger dryer + some tennis balls, this might be the only step you need to do. 2) I took the time to pull apart clumps in each section, each square. This maybe took 20-30 mins and I just pulled clumps apart and then shook it more to fluff it. 3) Then I had to leave it to air out for about 5 days. There was a slightly off/fishy smell to it which I was pretty sure just came from feathers being vacuum sealed for so long. I laid it out in a room and had a fan blowing on it, I picked it up by the corners and whipped it a little to fluff it and turned it over once or twice a day. This work saved me probably $200, and I find it to be fluffy and warm with plenty of loft, but not too hot. The airflow is good so I don't sweat with it like I do synthetics. I put it in my linen duvet and it feels luxe. Definitely recommend as long as you're up for a little effort. To me it was VERY worth it.

Honestly, cannot believe the quality for the price. I felt like it was gonna be too good to be true, but I was hoping for the best. Inside there is a little note speaking of this being a small family business. I say we all support this business because it’s really only to our advantage. I have been sleeping with down comforters since childhood. I could never afford a really nice ones. Only my aunt had those on her bedding so it was always exciting getting to go to her house. This might not be the quality of spending $600 but almost it’s really really nice!!! It fluffed up nicely. I’ve only had it out for about 30 minutes, but I’m already just ready for bed. Unfortunately, I still have three hours before that can happen. I purchased one last year. It’s very different from this one, but I was looking for something with a little more warmth and I have to say I got it with this comforter. I’m a single mom with two kids, so I can’t afford a whole lot and I researched this item for months before finally settling on this particular product. I almost went with another one, but one of the reviews I read spoke of this comforter so my reading commenced. I clicked the button got it a little bit on sale, which made it super helpful especially at Christmas time moms aren’t supposed to be out here buying themselves anything. But I haven’t been getting good sleep so I have hopes that now this is gonna be the game changer I’ve been looking for. I wrote this review to say thank you to whoever made this awesome blanket and thank you for making with such great quality. The baffle box was great. The fill was great. It’s not pokey with feathers. It is as you said 80% down 20% feathers. I just really appreciate having something so nice at a cost that I can afford. Blessings to you and your family. I will be saving up as soon as I can to get this from my 88-year-old grandmother. She sleeps with one every night, but after seeing this item, there’s no way she can keep the one she has. I purchased this after seeing it on the bed of a friend of mine. The white color of the comforter and sheet (I purchased those from another seller) gave my room an angelic feel. The comforter is very cooled and is very puffy. The puffiness was really evident after a few hours of use. It’s also a perfect fit for my king size bed. And it hangs off the side of the bed which I like as well. I’m not sure how to go about getting it cleaned when that time comes, but I’m sure I will figure it out. This was a great buy and worth the money I spent on it. It arrived in very beautiful packaging which let me know the business takes great pride in the presentation of their product. I simply love this comforter!
