Amtech G4130 400g Magnetic Plumb bob and line

What a great little plumb bob. Nice and simple to use ( even though the instruction translation could do with some work ). Love the fact that there is a built in pin that can attach the bob to suitable material with just the heel of your palm. This is also magnetic which has also come in useful

Bought this for work (railway) as being magnetic it was perfect for sticking to the rails. Magnet is really strong and grips well. Weight on the end is pretty heavy and hangs perfect to give a good plumb line. The retractable string works well although the mechanism seems a little on the flimsy side (just from the sound) so not sure how long it will last. But for the price this is a minor thing.

Great replacement of my old one. If you are buying it then you know that the functionality of this plumb bob is a top notch.

This plumb Bob is exceptionally easy to use as it is magnetic and great for steel structures but also has a built in spike for timber work. Truthfully, it looks a bit cheap and nasty but I like mine so much I bought a spare to keep in the truck. It’s also more rugged than you might imagine and the magnet isn’t a cheapo bit of nonsense, it hangs on like my old man to a pound coin.

great value and functionality. A little flimsy feeling but works well. counter balance perfectly weighted good heavy weight lots of options to pin, magnet and hook line along the back of the case Only comment is that the magnet (which is good and strong) sticks out about 3mm and the 50mm reference drop is from the case not the protruding magnet. This is a bit of an oversight and could lead to errors and stop the line being able to be dropped down in line with the surface the case is mounted to. I took mine apart and ground the magnet bars down to 9mm

Bought this to ease fitting of guttering and downpipes on my property what a brilliant plum line and at a brilliant price buy buy buy.

Está bien para sacar plomos a larga distancia, no es una plomada imantada ya que no coincide la nuez con el plomo

Bonjour, j'ai acheté ce plomb pour un montage précis mais hélas celui si ne l'ai pas.la ficelle du plomb passe dans le 5cm et nous sommes à 5,2 car les petites plaques en ferraille sur l'aimant ne rentre pas ce qui fait une sur épaisseur. J'ai voulu économiser quelques euros car l'autre marque (plomb jaune) est un peu plus cher mais au final j'ai recommandé deux jaunes.
