I'm an art teacher and I buy a new one of these every year in a different color. Ita very sturdy and lasts all year long with me using it daily and throwing it around. Not too heavy and it's very versatile. The colors are cute and I change it every year of teaching. Good value and nice texture on the cover.

I love this journal. It's beautifully made and the perfect size for daily thoughts or tracking. The lines are not quite college-ruled, but they're definitely not wide ruled, if that matters to you. The journal has two colored elastic cloth bands, one wide and one thin. This is nice, as one can be used as a page marker and the other to close the journal. Definitely a quality book and worthy of gifting. Recommend!

This is a really well made journal. It's big, so if you're looking for something that fits in your purse or satchel, it's probably not right. I'm a writer and used to get frustrated having to frequently turn pages when I was on a writing roll. This has plenty of room. If you're picky about this sort of stuff - the feel of pen on the paper is really satisfying. I like the pouch in front and, even though I didn't buy it for this purpose, the tear-off cards are also great for quick notes and headings. Definitely will buy it again when this one's full.

Love this. The dual straps make it easy to save your place and hold it closed. Also the pen holder is so useful. No need to look for a pen. The covers are sturdy and the leather feels nice.

Great overall and will probably reorder for the thickness, but just know the pen holder on the side isn't durable. It's attached underneath some paper (maybe with glue?) and popped a few weeks into my using this journal. Granted, I do throw it into my backpack pretty aggressively, but IDK I feel like a pen holder should be able to withstand that sort of thing. Regardless, I'd recommend this journal with that caveat!

I write with a fountain pen. The paper is excellent quality for the price, and the ink does not "feather" on the paper, The paper is sewn in signatures, and it lies flat for writing. There is an elastic band to hold the book closed when not in use, and a sturdy envelope to hold a few loose papers is bound to the inside back cover.

I have quite a collection of beautiful journals and have paid good money for most. This journal (that comes in several colors) for under $20 is FANTASTIC. Pages are quality thickness and ink does not bleed. There is a closure band AND bookmark band! It lays flat to write in - so important - it’s a sewn binding not glued to spine - superior. 360 pages. The pen loop is handy and there is even a pocket on the back inside cover. Just wow!! And last but not least - so affordable. I can’t stop talking about this journal - just get one or give one!!!

I was extremely happy with this book. As a writer, I like to have books like this for notes, etc. Also it has four tear out pages. And the last page of the book has an expanding folder it's really awesome! Thank you Amazon!
