Is it okay for Betta fish?

Bettas need 5 gallons at the absolute minimum goldfish need 20-30 gallons and an extra 5 for every fish due to a high bioload. This is suitable for shrimp, snails, or some small plants. Maybe a couple of other very very small creatures.

Would this tank work for large frog

Not if the frog needed lots of jumping space.

There would be plenty of room for that small of a community. Apparently the Mexican Dwarf Lobsters like a lot of plants to hide in. Please keep in mind I ended up throwing my Pondon away. After 2 months the filter was useless in spite of cleaning. I couldn’t stand the non-removable lid, it made it really difficult to clean or do aquascaping. I’ve now got a rimless glass 7 gallon cube and a modified sponge filter. I’m much happier.
