Arrived reasonably packed in two plastic bags. Quality of cushion was good unfortunately wrong sized pillow sent and had to return. Seller has return policy of buyer paying for any returns. Contacted seller directly for refund inclusive of return payment as their error. Seller responded quickly apologising for the error and full refund received. Excellent customer service.

Very little filling in these. I through my old ones out while waiting for these to be delivered. Very disappointed my old ones were much better. Lesson learnt. I will not throw olds ones away again until I see what arrives.

The cushions are good quality and look nice. It was a struggle to stuff them into the covers, but once they were in, it was fine. I was afraid of damaging the zips.

I wouldn't call this luxury cushion pad as filling has pretty large piece of wood in it. So it's uncomfortable and prettt visible, not sure how seller couldn't see it! Updating my review: I contacted the seller about my issue and he was shocked that the quality control let this product go out and refunded me right away. So I am changing from 1 star to 4 stars for the customer service.
