I have always been well hydrated but I still used to get cramps at the slightest exertion. So a friend said that manganese worked for her. No harm in giving it a go. These worked a treat, I get much less cramps now.

Good prince and cheapest then shopping’s. However, I would like the diver to have rang my flat intercom rather just leaving there in the front porch because I am home. Apart of this I am happy with the product.

Increased appetite put on weight excessively fast, threw the remaining tablets away after taking over half of them.

Good brand name manganese tablets.
What can you say about vitamins and minerals, one hopes that they do what it says on the bottle. I keep well so I presume that they do. I prefer Solgar products although I am told that vitamins and minerals are vitamins and minerals, but I like the reassurance of a name I know. Especially when ordering on line.
