Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant Seal Paint 250ml

Used this for the first time at the weekend and everything I'd heard about it was true. Very, very easy to apply if you do so thinly. Tried it with a microfibre applicator but couldn't get a good coverage. Ended up using a foam wax applicator which once properly loaded with product went on great. As with most detailing products less is definitely more. Probably applied it a bit too thickly to start with bur it still came off like a dream. Can't overstate enough how easy to apply and remove this stuff is. I've used a few sealants and always found them very cold looking and had to top them with a wax for some gloss but this has gloss on a par with a great carnauba wax. Also left the paintwork feeling very slick. Can't comment on duration yet as it's only been on a couple of days. Hoping to top it with a wax within the next week as I've heard it's a great base layer and works very well with Collinite 845. So to sum up, can't recommend enough. Easy to use and with great results. Can see me using this stuff for a very long time.

This product is the best I have ever used. Excellent deep shine and a pleasure to apply.

Brilliant stuff have had this on the wifes car for around a year now and it is a simple job to wash it as it still beading water and protecting the paint work. Goes along way. I also use this as a cheaper alternative to ceramic coatings to protect the the paint work once its been polished and corrected brilliant Stuff

Great product, easy to apply with a DA polisher and wipes off very easily. Superb gloss and shine, the durability is also excellent. Very pleasing water beading/sheeting effect.

Da ich auch andere Produkte von Menzerna verwende, habe ich mich auch für deren Lackversiegelung entschieden. Diverse YouTube Videos aus den USA machten das Produkt noch attraktiver und nachdem ich es Anfang April aufgetragen habe, ist es heute (Ende Juli) immer noch mit guter Leistung auf dem Lack vorhanden. Ich wasche mein Auto (daily driver, ca. 1.200km/Monat, keine Garage) regelmäßig ausschließlich von Hand (ca. 10 Handwäschen in diesem Zeitraum) und bin jedes Mal beim Klarspülen begeistert, wie der Wasserfilm aufreißt, die letzten Tropfen abperlen und das Trocknen am Ende dann in wenigen Minuten erledigt ist. Der Lack meines Fahrzeugs ist tiefschwarz/metallic und erhält durch die Versiegelung einen sehr schönen Glanz und Glätte. Zwischendurch nutze ich den Menzerna Detailer Endless Shine als Trockenhilfe, um den Glanz zu erhalten, bzw. dem Lack noch mehr Tiefe zu verleihen. Gute Vorarbeit (Wäsche, Entfetten, ggf. Kneten) ist für alle Lackschutzprodukte, egal ob Versiegelungen oder Wachse, natürlich die Voraussetzung, um die optimale Leistung des Produkts zu erhalten. Grundsätzlich ist das Power Lock aber unglaublich einfach in der Anwendung und Verarbeitung. Da ich an unserem anderen Auto ausschließlich Meguiar's Produkte verwende, die ich ebenfalls alle empfehlen kann, habe ich hier immer einen direkten Vergleich und kann speziell für schwarze Lacke eher zu einer Versiegelung raten als zu einem Wachs (bezogen auf Standzeit). Bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Produkt und werde es für dunkle, speziell schwarze Lacke, in Zukunft auch weiter verwenden.
