Q: The whole bench has a weight capacity of 700 lbs. What is the max you can bench press and mil. press on this? Or the max weight for each section?

I think that 700 pounds total is a bit high, as both sections are held in place by a pin going into one side of the tubing and not both sides. I would say that it is for lighter weights up to 300-350 pound maximum.
