Will this work on fortnite

Just downloaded fort nite on my computer, dell optiplex 3050 with this exact graphics card and fort nite played just fine. No dropped frames or anything. You would be fine. My experience is unless you are playing on a graphics engine that is incompatible with a game you will be fine with the minimum spec required for said game. No issues on my end. Thanks.

Would this card be good for a htpc? i run wmc and am looking for a card that card run it at 4k.

Pretty sure the other 2 answers are for gaming at 4k. As for an htpc, to watch 4k content you need a card that supports HDMI 2.0 and hdpc 2.2.

Is it really only upto ddr4 not ddr5. saw a review and its only ddr?

The DDR5 listed version is DDR5. There is a DDR4 version of the card which you should avoid.
