Poly woofer can handle power unlike paper cones..
Best 6×9s I've ever listened to, if you have a decent amp to push these speakers and set them up in a mdf enclosure sealed you will be surprised as I was & still am. **********;

Good sound quality, but not enough bass
Got these for my old school project car, they look great and the sound is decent. By far not the best sound quality but you get what you pay for, still happy with them though.

I bought these speakers for 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, 4 door, for the front doors. The speakers fit perfectly in the door holes without any modifications. No clearance issues really... the door skin is quite close to the tweeter, but it doesn't touch. I have a Kenwood after marked deck in the dash and the new speakers sound significantly better than the 24 year old OEM speakers. I can finally hear the cymbals.
