Q: What litter do you recommend for using with this product?

We have four cat's and have tried a number of types of clumping types of cat litter's, as of now the best so far for us is the Pets at Home's own brand. Its very absorbent and clumps quite quickly plus it has odour control that lasts quite a while. .. also at a pinch Aldi do a clumping cat litter that's pretty good too and at around £2.00 for (i think)10kg it's good value as well.

Q: Do I have to use the bag? Will it work without the bag and I can just remove the tray, get rid of the waste, clean it and put it back like a normal tr

Hi, I have a clever workaround for this! I bought 30ltr bin liners, I put the draw inside of these and tuck it down into the draw and tuck them it at the sides, I then just push the draw in and fold in any loose bits at the end. Then once a week I take the draw out, carefully pull the bag over itself so turning it inside out and off the tray. Magic, clean draw and a cat bag full of waste. I don’t bother with a bag in the top. The only thing I find is my cats wee near the grill and also down the back sometimes so weekly I also open up the grill and get any mess out, and clean the whole thing down once a month.

Q: can i use crystals with this product?

This is designed for clumping litter. If you use crystals (which don't clump), then the tray will only be cleaning poo away and not the urine soaked crystals. Therefore you'll quickly get an ammonia smell unless you change the crystals every couple of days.

Q: I am looking for clear view window to order as a replecment for my smart litter. don you have any?
