Can I use on the wall?

Yes, we have used it on Walls and provided they are not made of some special type of material (we have standard red bricks) or rendered with something too porous it should be fine, washes off with water, I am very happy with them, the colours are good, although not all quite as bright and pretty as the ones depicted, however they are wonderfully soft and much better than any other chalks I have tried so far.They have been used on chalk boards, pavements and walls (unintentionally) as well as hair, clothes and kitchen floor (also unsanctioned) but no problem getting them off.Top quality product.

Can these be used on a blackboard? Would they be easy to remove?

They are normal chalk, they are quite pigmented and more brightly coloured than the usual pastel, but I don't see why they would wipe off a blackboard. I haven't tried it though...
