How much weight can this hold up please?

I bought two of these one for the dryer and one for the washing machine. In My opinion it is definitely not suitable for a washing machine, just not sturdy enough at all. However I’m happy with the one I’m using for my tumble dryer, which doesn’t get the level of vibration or the weight. So NOT suitable for washing machine, fine for tumble dryer. I ended up having a concrete plinth made which was then tiled over to match floor tiles, works a treat - though expensive. Hope that helps.

Would this fit a 85x60x60.9cm tumble dryer?

I don't think so. It measures around 63x54cm.

Yes the legs have to fitted on separately. So in the suitcase wouldn't be a problem
