Mich hat dieses "frische" Orangenschalen-Pulver nach wenigen Tagen erreicht. Ich verwende dieses Produkt um Proteinkekse zu backen - ich mag den Geschmack von Orangen, so hin kann ich das Produkt vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Ich gebe meist zu einem Becher Dinkelmehl einen gehäuften Teelöffel Orangenschalenpulver dazu. Die Dosierung ist Geschmackssache, das muss jeder für sich eruieren.
