Is this a genuin product? the reviews say the tin is glued shut, bottle leeked or perfume weaker than usual

Hi, tin wasn't glued shut & although not an expert, I'm fairly sure it's the genuine thing. It lasts hours, around 4-5 (which I think is fair for an EDT, obviously the EDP would last longer) which a lot of my expensive fragrances certainly don't! It is a few years since I last bought this fragrance (from Boots) & as far as I recall this seems to smell the same & last the same amount of time. Nothing about it has triggered any suspicions & mine definitely hadn't leaked. I've honestly been really happy with my purchase. I hope this helps :o)

Will Amazon confirm at any point if they are selling fake/ tampered /watered fragrance.......Has this been investigated?????

i AM A 40 YEAR SELLER OF FRAGRANCE(not Amazon).99% of fake claims are fake. 99% of those are misunderstanding of fragrance. First our noses change , second we smoke breath smoke so on, next, because a distributor code or promotion code is removed does not make it fake, it makes it more likely to be real. also buying a mold for glass and all the components is no longer easy. also edc edp parfum edt as are all different strengths of the juice put into the bottle.next it is impossible to remove the valve and WATER DOWN the product and no advantage. next, slowly but surly the manufactures are replacing real ingredients with synthetic because of regulations, not money. this changes the scent slightly. last most people compare an old bottle with the new they received. because the old is natural spray air gets in, heat gets in and slowing makes it stronger so your old smells stronger then the new. So, you see claims of fakes for these reasons and it makes other people skeptical. We take back anything because we want to stop false claims, give perfect customer service and we want to smell it. We know its not fake because we bought it from an authorized distributor. Thinking of buying this but am worried that all the good reviews are because people did not notice the seal had been tampered with.. anyone?

It would be helpful if those who bought goods that seem to have been tampered with, said whether they had bought from Amazon or a seller. Most of the tampered with bottles seem to be 50ml also.

is this product the original product or is it a copy?

My mum's been using this perfume for years, so she'd know if something was amiss, but she has found nothing wrong with it, so safe to say: original :-) Hope this helps.
