Much better than the can. It also comes in low sodium and packaged in water.. I’ve been eating this tuna for years, never to use canned again.

Perfect. I love the low sodium. It is super healthy and taste great! I have Gerd so it is one good thing I can eat. I can’t really eat bread so I will mix this up with a little avacado and eat portions of it throughout the day. Small portions are my way of life now so it can easily fit into that. Good quality, low sodium, difficult to find at local grocery stores. Costs less than at the only local grocery store that carries it.

This is much better tuna than the 10 pack I bought before. It's a bit more expensive but the taste is much fresher.
