This is a great, lightweight reading light for in bed. The clip holds nicely, and we've seen the battery hold for 10+ hours without issue. The light itself has a lovely, calming effect with the orange hue and several different brightness levels. I'm also a big fan of the flexible head/stem. It makes it easy to position the light exactly where you want it with minimal effort.

Fantastic light. Long battery life. Use it for reading and our babies bassinet to keep and eye on him and not disrupt his sleep. Great value and solid construction. Very easy to use. Neck adjustment is bendy in all the ways you want without feeling flimsy.

We didn't buy these for reading, but to use as small bedside lamps when camping, and they work well. The battery lasts a very long time, and the three light modes, Yellow, Red, & Orange, are great for late-night reading, with no blue/white light.On our last camping trip, we discovered that pressing and holding the power button dimmed the lights, perfect for our use. Also, they do charge up quickly via USB-C.Yes, although our use is not for reading a book at night, these can be good book reading lamps for nighttime reading.

Have used the device almost daily for about six weeks upwards of 4-5 hours at a time always on the highest of three settings. Thus far, I am very content with the product, noting the following: (1) The light has neither dimmed nor gone out on its own; (2) I don't know what its calibrated specifications are and note that I've used it sometimes cumulatively for twelve hours [maybe more], still with no dimming but at which point I plug it in to the recharger anyway until the charge-light illuminates green again; (3) The clamp works well and is easily moved and stable, and the cable on which the light is affixed adjusts with ease with a flick of a finger as reading through a page may require you to alter the angle of light direction; (4) It is bright enough to work as a flashlight if need be.So far, so good. The product's longevity is the only element for which I cannot yet vouch.

Good lighting, color, and battery life. The button is starting to fail after a few months. It takes multiple presses for the switch to register. The wire sags from the weight of the light so you have to constantly adjust it.

Excellent product, your eyes will thank you. Stargazers will esp like the red setting, ideal for looking at star charts without losing your night vision. If you're a religious person who likes to pour over texts at night, also perfect.

My new favorite booklight! This thing saved my marriage. I love to read at night, and my husband is very sensitive to light when trying to sleep. My blue light booklights and even some of my "amber-ish" ones were not cutting it for him so I went looking for a more red light version. I LOVE this light for the color options - amber is great, but the red is where it really lies. The red light doesn't seem very bright, but it really is plenty of illumination to read by. It doesn't bug him at all and he can easily sleep with it on. I love that I can increase the brightness on a scale and not just a "High medium low" brightness like my other lights. It clips well, the neck is easy to angle (some of my other lights look easy to angle but aren't flexible enough to hold a position), it doesn't heat up, it has a battery indicator which is a huge plus. The battery lasts several days without charging. This little thing will last me a long time! I'm so glad I found this specific model, it takes the best features of all my other lights and is perfect!

Best reading light I've ever owned! It's lightweight, the charge lasts a very long time, and I can read at bedtime without disrupting my circadian rhythm. Giving as gifts this year, highly recommend
