Omg! I absolutely LOVE pilates and used to do Pilates Reformer & mat classes years ago. In the more recent years, I've recovered from being a cardio queen & spin fanatic to lifting weights 4 times per week. I missed Pilates and what it did for my alignment and core engagement. I also train with my horse in the sport of dressage which is a very technical sport and one that requires mastery of core & being able to sit evenly in the saddle. I found the OPC card deck and love being able to access Pilates at home on my own time. I don't have a ton of extra time to devote to going to a class so it's been such a great tool to have at home. I love Lesley's spirit and the cards are adorable! The QR code on each card links to a video for reference - this is so helpful. And the card also has helpful cues and suggestions for rep ranges and instructions for set up. Thanks OPC!!

Love the pilates reformers cards. I use the cards to help come up with a routine to follow at the gym. You can put them in any order and it makes it easy to keep on track. I also like that you can click on a qr code and it will bring you to a personal YouTube video page where you can see the excersize being performed. Wish there was a Cadillac version of thr cards!

The cards are very helpful. Love that you can scan the QR code and watch a video. However I wish they were the classical original mat order. There’s a couple of other moves added in between

Love these cards! Detailed explanation on how to correctly do exercises. I've been doing pilates for 20 years and still her cards have improved my practice. I also have reformer and towers cadillac cards which are similar and love them too. Wish she had a few beginner workouts on the tower cards, like there are on her reformer cards. Also, I did one of Lesley's workshops. Reasonably priced, fun and I learned alot! Highly recommend it!

The cards are OK, good images. Did not find them helpful for realistic cueing as if you were teaching a class. My cards arrived in incorrect order, and I find the having to flip the card over to read (so that the image is now upside down) very awkward. Not worth the investment.

This deck of cards is so awesome for your Mat Pilates practice!!! Colorful and with plenty of details the cards give you the information you need to work through each movement. Leslie’s picture on each one will help you develop precision in your form. Additionally the QR code on each one takes you to a video of Leslie demonstrating the movement. Bonus! These cards are nice and slick so they won’t show fingerprints or get stuck together. You can’t go wrong with these cards to enrich you personal practice!

Each card video opens with thanks for the purchase…. And an invitation to sign up for online classes. The cards should just stick to being tutorials. One has already made a commitment with the price point, we don’t need the advertisement of Pilates Online. Otherwise the cards are informative. .

I love the look of these cards and the box they came in. I love that each card has a QR code that links to a video of the exercise and each description includes related exercises. These are so well thought out and so well made. You can really see how passionate Lesley is about Pilates!

These cards feel so good and are easy to use. Well written, high quality with tips and recommendations. I wouldn’t be without them, use them all the time. Highly recommended.
