Maekrua Thai Oyster Sauce, 600 ml

Seriously yummy. Made my first chicken dish with this the other night and it ticked all the right boxes. Not overly salty, sweet, cloying or spicy, just flavour versatility in a nice big bottle. It lets you control the strength of flavour to add to meat, vegetables or both and leaves a dish tasty, nice and 'saucy' not watery and is easy to pour and use like any other western condiment. Just the job for me.

have bought this for years, perfect for stir fries roast dinners and a thousand and one uses. I nearly use this daily as a flavour for meals , or a base for sauces/ gravy. keep in the fridge once open and enjoy. my only gripe is the label goes all round the bottle and so you can't see how much is left. great taste and a heck of a lot cheaper than the supermarket prices.

I like this sauce it tastes and is nice and thick. I need it for most Chinese Thai recipes. Makes a difference in the dishes.
