Very functional and comfortable

Seriously impressed with this device, especially as I was lucky enough to find a pre-owned one on Amazon saving me a considerable amount on the new price, which I personally think is very high, probably because these are generally purchased by companies not individuals. Sound quality is excellent, it's incredibly light and comfortable to wear. I'm also assured that the microphone quality is also high quality by peers. A significant feature is that the device presents as a regular wired headset to your pc. Therefore, despite my work computer having restrictions for things like bluetooth headsets, this wireless headset still works. As long as your computer will work with a normal usb, wired, headset then you should have no problems. You also do not need to install any software for use with Skype/Lync, the headset is recognised by Windows (well Windows 7 for sure) and just connects automatically when you remove the headset from the cradle to start a call. You can also still access various advanced features (like turning off the mute tone, which intermittently beeps all the time you are on mute) through the headset buttons, again no software required. I cannot comment on DECT connectivity as I do not have this requirement. Overall, really pleased.

This was recommended to me and I have to say it does exactly what I needed. Comfortable to wear and long battery life, so far clear sound. It would have been better in it could have been delivered next day and not the day after but that said I did know this in advance.

Amazing little bit of kit. Used to use a wired headset, but after being told to attend hours of meetings most days, I decided it was time to become untethered. The range is incredible allowing me to nip downstairs and make coffee while still being on calls. Works flawlessly with MS teams, easy to mute with good mute indication (on front of dock and audible tone). Sound quality is excellent and the build is very compact. You hardly notice the headset being on and doesn't slip off. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

After wasting about 10 hours trying to get Windows bluetooth drivers to work on the cheaper wireless headset I'd bought, I decided to stump up for this instead. It's expensive, it's limited to devices you can plug the USB base station into, but oh it's so worth it to get something that just works. Sound and mic quality is good, the weight balance and 'grip' on your ear is comfortable for extended use, and the range and reliability is excellent. A worthwhile investment.

Really good quality sound and very easy to set up and use, well worth the money. Lightweight too which means I keep it on most of the day and have the ability to answer the phone by pressing the earpiece, absolutely brilliant piece of kit.

This item became faulty after a couple of months. The seller refused to accept it was faulty. Amazon was unable to help so I lost all my money. Now know not to expect Amazon to support if bought through a third party seller despite numerous calls with Amazon.

Ich habe zwei gleiche Modelle bestellt. Ein für EU Länder und ein für UK. Das Gerät für EU Länder hat 170 Euro gekostet. Das Gerät für England 139 Euro ( Adapter für EU Stecker war dabei ). Beide haben hervorragend funktioniert. Die Entscheidung welches Modell ich zurück schicke war einfach. Gruß e.h

Lo tuve que devolver porque el enchufe no servia para los enchufes españoles. Además no tenía dos auriculares como anuncian, sino sólo uno. Como el proveedor era inglés tuvimos que hacer toda la correspondencia en inglés.
