Perfect size for women. I use it when doing my cable kickbacks. Very stabil. I am thinking of buying another one so I don't have to keep taking it off and putting it on every time I switch legs.

I am a regular gym goer and needed these for cable machines. I use these cuffs on my wrists and they work fine. They feel rigid and well made.

I love these. They feel comfortable and secure. I like the design too. I sit mine slightly up from my ankles as I have thin ankles but I highly recommend them. Prob better thsb most I've ever used, including leading brands. Great price, great quality. What's not to like.

I love my ankle cuff attachment. I have just recently started cable workout and having it's helping me to have a more intense workout for leg days. I would recommend this if your gym (like mine) has the cable machine but somehow all the accessories are missing and you have to get your own. This is a must-have for a complete leg cable workout. Easy to put on, sturdy and comfortable. A little loose, however, I do have a rather small ankle.

Considering the price ( just about £5 for two straps) , it is great value for price however is not that comfy .. is big n the fabric is tough , hard .. not easy to put on. I had one from bodybuilding.com n it was soooo much better ( sure, about £15 more) but i lost it so i said.. let me give this a try. I’ll have to use it and i ll leave a review regarding how easy to workout with is ..:-s i ll keep u posted. Ps look how bit it is next to my hand lol
