There's so many types of grease on the market with so many different applications...but i feel confident with this product doing its job. Its buttery smooth and nothing like other greases on the market. I have used it on my Campy crankset and Chris King headset without any issues. I have used Phil Wood's waterproof grease, but like the Campy version much better for certain applications. I use a separate DT Swiss grease for my hubs. Review: Genuine Campagnolo factory grease - Best grease for Campy hubs. I have used many other greases in the past to avoid the high cost of this one. However none work as well. It is very different from others, it is a white grease with a fairly low viscosity, much less than say Phil Wood grease. If you like the sound your Campy freehub makes and you want to keep it that way, this is your grease. It lasts a long time. Absolutely a premium grease. Hate the price.

Campagnolo Special Grease
Typical Campagnolo quality (although German made), this bearing grease lives up to expectations, which are always high when dealing with this storied Italian company. Although pricey, you know that you can rely on the product to exceed expectations and adequately provide all that it says on the tin.
