Does this just plug into the tv or do you need anything else?

Hi, Sarah All cables in box but you need mains supply as this is a booster, I use this in my motorhome when I cant get a signal with fitted aerial, 9 times out of 10 this works hope that's a help Dennis

Does it also have a mains plug

Yes mine came with mains adapter, 12 volt car type plug and the ability to be powered direct from a phantom powered aerial socket.
