Q: How do I get a refund?

It's easy, you just scroll down to Customer Service and follow the promps or just put what you want to say in the box provided to talk to and advisor, this is always offered but bare in mind they may pass you on to someone else who are more suited to what you want. They are very good and will be able to put you on the right take to getting a refund/returning goods ect. I have used the Customer Service team several times for all sorts of inquiries from checking a new n used item in their warehouse to sorting out a refund on an order I cancelled before it was sent out.

Nearer matt than glossy, like standard inshops but very easy to clean and colour keeps really well
