Unlike other cables which 'wiggle' in the slot, this one has a good positive 'click' when it gets plugged in. The length is just right for what I need it for as well, getting power to a DS Lite on a bedside table, but the plug socket is on the wall on the other side of the bed. The cable is sturdy, and the protectors on the plugs seem to be good enough quality to protect the plugs from a young kid pulling and pushing the cable. Not bad price too.

Worked as expected. Now I can play all my old GBA games (Pokémon) on my DS lite. The cable charges the DS lite very quickly. Can be used to charge on a USB wall plug or your laptop or desktop. Sometimes I use my PS4 - Anything you've got a USB in will work. Which many things have those items nowadays such as TVs and consoles. Your car may have a USB where this cable can be used. All pros and No cons, You're getting a quality product that works,

My kids managed to somehow snap the cable to the original DS lite charger, and then got upset when the DS ran out of power. I was expecting to pay quite a lot of money for a new charger and was more than pleasantly surprised when I saw this USB charger and all the positive reviews that went along with it, so I decided to give it a go, reasoning that I couldn't really go wrong for the price. The cable works well, connecting my PC to the DS and charging from the USB port. I happened to already have a plug USB adapter from another item that I owned, which means that I can also convert this cable into a regular charger by using the adapter. It charged the DS quickly and I am very happy with my purchase, my only slight gripe being that the cable isn't as long as a regular charger cable, which makes it hard to play the DS at the same time as being plugged in.

Bought for my Nintendo ds perfect fit goes into my usb outlet and have used with a normal plug no issues fit perfectly does the job

it slots into the ds lite, and it doesn't quite fit. it wiggles around and falls, meaning that it doesn't always charge the first time. to fix it, i can just keep plugging it in until the light stays still, which takes a little while and is faffy, but isn't too much trouble considering how quickly it can be done. overall, it's alright, and it does the job. updated to improve review.
