I have been using this for a couple of weeks, so feel I have used the product sufficiently to evaluate.No greasy feeling, no skin tightness or dryness and I definitely feel like my skin has been given an invigorating scrub after using. It is keenly priced so with the support of faithful customers like me, there is no reason why this product shouldn't enjoy ever success.The only thing I am taken aback by is no citrus scent but that is too small a detail to knock points off. I strongly recommend.

I have mature, sensitive but oily/combination skin. I was looking for a wash off cleanser, as normal wipe off cleansers can leave my skin feeling a like the cleanser is still there and me feeling a little ‘grimy’. I thought I would try this cleanser as the other reviews were good. Long story short, I have just ordered my second bottle. It’s quick and easy, my skin feels clean but, without the tight dry feeling that some oily skin cleansers can leave behind. No reaction to this cleanser, no dry scaly patches, no added dry lines around me eyes. For me it is just what I wanted. Having spent three decades and a serious amount of money on named brands, I can quite happily say that this cleanser is every bit a good and at least half the price (depending on your normal brand!). Ps. The company have just sent me a lovely follow up email to check I am happy and to thank me for ordering their product again. Great service too and much appreciated! In my humble opinion it’s a winner! 😊

Before buying a few Poppy Austin products I never cleansed, toned or moisturised my face. (or to be honest looked after it as I should have)Amazing price for a great product - I love the fact that all the Poppy Austin products use raw ingredients and the traditional production process along with giving back to the women co-operatives in Morocco by donating a percentage of every bottle they sell, this is a main reason as to why I choose to buy Poppy Austin products.The consistency of the product is good and it has a nice subtle smell. I have had allergic reactions to cleansers before where my whole face has swelled up so I am now always careful as to what products I use. My face seems to be slowly clearing up using this with the rose water toner however within the first week it made my skin so dry (I had dry patches all over my face!) which may be down to my over sensitive skin and I did have a few spots come up. So now I put a lot of moisturiser on (sheer butter) and it seems to be helping with the dryness. I have only been using for a month so I'm hoping long term my skin will get use to the cleanser and it will clear up my skin completely without drying it out.

I use this cleanser night and morning. It removes my foundation easily and leaves no residue. My skin is very dry and can look dull but since using this my friends noticed the difference asking me how I could have had one of my salon facials in the current situation with coronavirus. I have probably generated more customers for this lovely product. In the morning after using a tiny drop, my skin is bright and comfortable with no tight or dry feeling. There is no scent which is also a plus. Definately a repeat purchase.

I've used a lot of cleansers and I can say this is the best one I've ever used for my sensitive skin which is prone to redness. Clears away dirt/product I have on my face without completely stripping it and leaving my skin dry, but rather soft and smooth.Only point to note is there are some comedogenic (pore blocking) ingredients e.g. Olive Oil and some essential oils (Tea Tree and Orange Peel) which is less of an issue for me as a cleanser as it washes off. If you know you're prone to issues with these ingredients might be better to look for another product.

I normally use Clarins and Liz Earle but thought I would try more natural but this cleanser is by no means natural.It is the worst cleanser I have ever used. It smells like a really cheap bubble bath and it nips my eyes. Makes my skin so dry after wardsI am afraid it will be going in the bin!

I am giving this 3 stars because I love to see companies offer organic and natural products however this did not work at all for me. In fact I have considerable skin problems since using it in the form of cystic type acne spots appearing- not all over my face but even one or two is horrible for the sufferer. I wanted very much to fall in love with this product but that just is not going to happen. I knew It had a money back guarantee so I planned to return it but then had a bad fall and had to go into the hospital for surgery. When I came out several weeks later, I tried to return it only to find that the money back return option was for 30 days and I was just beyond it. I seem to be able to use it my body without problem so I will try to use it as a shower gel- however it is a very expensive shower gel. :(

Great facial cleanser! I have just started using it but I can already feel the difference. It leaves my face truly cleansed and removes all dirt and grease. It is far better than any other facial cleanser I have bought. I am highly satisfied with how the ingredients are so natural, it is hard to find something truly satisfying. My face feels squeaky clean! it doesn't dry my skin, it leaves it perfect! I shall order again and again. I highly recommend it both the company and the product itself. Poppy Austin really seem to value their customers.
