Well designed and adjustable and by far the best product on the market for lower back pain. I have this one in the house and a McKenzie lumbar roll for the car.

Bought this to improve a car seat that was poor for lumbar support ,the elasticate strap works well holding the support in place on the seat and the inflator/deflator works efficiently to give the desired level of support , definitely worth an investment in this product if you need decent back support in a chair/seat .

Does not stay pumped up, goes straight down. No mechanism to lock air in.

Been unable to keep this in the right place on the chair due to the slippery strap. Would be a good product if I didn’t have to adjust it so many times per day. Good quality product it’s a shame it doesn’t work for my office chair!

My chair was killing me working from home. I thought this would be good to give me some lumbar support especially as you can “customise” it... but unfortunately did nothing for me. As it’s small might be good for car journeys or something like that, but for all day every day I think you need something better. For info I’ve got quite a curvy spine so I’m often uncomfortable when sitting for long periods, if you’re generally fine but just need an extra cushion this might work, it does slip a lot though.

Bought as a gift, but recipient says it's great and does its job really well.

I purchased it for use in my car to support the lumbar spine following a slipped disc. It contains a thick sponge component besides the inflatable "balloon". Together this was too thick so I removed the sponge and using the inflatable component alone and it works very well. The securing strap as provided is not long enough. I had a spare velco-ended strap which extended it sufficiently to go around the seat. As amended it is perfect.
