I can categorically say this does NOT work with Wii despite other reviews saying it does. They may have updated the chipset, im not sure but I can 100% say it DOES NOT work with Wii. Despite this, I'm giving it 5 stars because I plugged it into my computer and it worked straight away.

The USB to Ethernet adapter came in a nice packaging which I was impressed by. Included Inside the box was the Ethernet adapter, manual and mini CD-ROM which contained drivers for a computer if the product doesn’t plug in and play. The Design of the Ethernet adapter is very nice and is made of a glossy white plastic which feels strong and durable. The overall feel signifies a high quality product which will last a long time. The cable is very small so easily slips into bags or even your pocket. The fact that it is only USB 2.0 doesn’t matter as you still get very fast speed internet speeds. I have plugged in and tested the Ethernet to the adapter and to my router and straight away it connected to the Internet. I have tested the speed comparison between the Wi-Fi speed, and also the Ethernet hard wire plugged in. the Ethernet hard wire was faster in my broadband connection. This product is great if you're PC doesn't have an Ethernet slot, as if you are gaming or you wanting a fast reliable connection this is a good product to use. Overall the product is well built, it works really well and the price of it is amazing for what you get. USB to Ethernet adapter made by UGREEN I would recommend. I originally bought this as a spare network adapter for a Wii before the item description changed. Turns out the newer revision of the AX88772 chipset in this adapter is unsupported by the Wii. However, it works perfectly for my Nintendo Switch. No more dealing with dodgy WiFi and it provides reasonable speeds for downloads. Build quality is nothing spectacular, it's portable and the plastic is decent. I'm not a fan of the glossy finish as It scratches easily. It might be worth keeping that in mind if you intend to take it on trips.

I bought this to supply my Wii with a good solid internet connection and it does just that. The WiFi in the Wii is now just as useful as a chocolate firefighter so this little device is perfect and works natively with the console. I also sometimes use it to give internet access to old computers and laptops during reinstallation of legacy OS's. I did multiple speed tests with various different servers using a speed test app on my phone and all averaged a max upload/download speed of about 100mbps (I have gigabit broadband so my opinion is that the speed tests were fair). It may work natively with newer PCs and laptops, but there is a software disc supplied in case yours doesn't detect it automatically. I currently have this connected to my phone due to intrusive thoughts, and this review is being posted straight through ethernet! 😂 100% happy with my purchase.

Great product let down by POOR AMAZON DELIVERY. Product plugs in, works, simple, effective, good value. Exactly what you need. Shame that Amazon courier let it down. Delivery to an office address open 7am-7pm. Amazon reported that 'no-one home at 4:30pm'. Called Amazon, long conversation, redelivery next day. Next day, same 'no-one home'. Another call, very long because call centre saying they understand how dissapointed I was - no I corrected annoyed is what I am. Then tried to arrange another delivery date in 4 days, I.e. 6 days after I ordered. As an Amazon Prime customer not what I signed up for. More conversations, had to request talking to line manager, same long conversation with her and got redelivery for the following day - 3 days after ordered for 'next day'. Amazon offered E to extend my Amazon Prime, which was very nice, but actually why have an extended subscription for a service that doesn't deliver? Shame as good product let down by poor service out of vendor's control. Oh yes, product arrived after 3 days with courier having written instructions that he must deliver!

The device works perfectly and does exactly what it says. I only have two niggles. The first was installing the driver. This has to be done manually as windows update will not find it. If you do not have a disk drive you have to hunt for it on the website and it can be a bit unclear as they have multiple different names for this product, even ranging from colour. If you look closely at the files you can see they are the same driver under some of these headings. Additionally if you can't use the disk as the majority of laptop/notebooks do not have disk drives nowadays, you will need another laptop (As I guess your buying this product as you can't connect to the internet on that particular device) to download and transfer the driver. Maybe better to supply the driver on a cheap memory stick to meet the demand of modern laptops. The last niggle I had was all the warranty information was not in the box when I received the device. After contacting they stated it was 18 months and responded to my email rapidly. Overall a great product that has allowed me to once again get on the internet, these things are only minor and will not put me off from buying it. The only thing that could be improved is access to the driver.

J'ai acheté cet adaptateur n'ayant pas de port Ethernet sur mon ultrabook, il fait bien son job et je n'ai pas de problème de déconnexion avec ce produit. Je le recommande vivement vu le rapport qualité/prix quand on voit les prix qu'affiche boulanger ou darty pour ces produits...

Good network converter but not plug&play for Win 10 and the driver, which was suggested for the converter, didn't work after installation! but with a little inference, I found a driver, on another company's website. Now it works fine.
