Hi, the skin tag oil is produced for external use only. It can be used on the eyelids but only on the external area. Please be careful this does not go near the eye itself. Thanks

Sorry I do not know. Anyway, I found it ineffective. The best way to remove small skin tags is to' lasso' them with a strong piece of cotton. After about 3 days they drop off with no trace left. An assistant can make this easier.

How long does this take to work?
