Really helped to reduce swelling to my knee, easy to apply with Velcro straps doesn’t take long in the freezer and lasts quite a long time

Only just purchased this - a little brain activity to put the straps on - but a re-look at the video helped completely - all easy - fit and size good - comfortable. When first out of freezer used them over my pull-on knee support sleeves to avoid skin-freeze - but a few hours later put them on again (they'd not been back in the freezer) - no protection needed and still gave good cooling relief. So far I'm very pleased with these - quality also seems very good, with excellent bag to put the gel pack in to go in the freezer. They weren't the cheapest, but I'm glad to have paid for the quality.

A little difficult to wrap around a limb once frozen as it’s not very flexible (on my post op, painful knee). I also found it hard to keep in place. However, once I found a way to keep it where I needed, it did an effective job of reducing swelling

This was ordered for express delivery. After one hour in the freezer it was fine to use on my husband's recently replaced knee. It brought great relief and is a good design so it doesn't go on top of the staples at the front of his knee. The Velcro straps are adjustable so the fit is good. It was on offer today for a great price.

Purchased prior to full knee replacement. These are quite stiff and lumpy once frozen, warm up quite quickly on a hot knee (20-30 mins) straps not very good. Good bag to put them in when re freezing. I recommend buying simple, flat, knee ice bags sold in packs of 2 plus Velcro straps, those given by my hospital look cheap but fit the knee better and stay cold longer (30 mins plus).

brilliant used prior to knee replacement just to help and it did Now used after surgery (10 days) sweeling almost completely gone certainly helps with doing exercises. large enough to wrap around knee. would not recommend trying to walk around doing exercises but laying down superb

Bought this for my mum as she has just had a total knee replacement. The hospital sent her home with a cold ice pack which wasn't great and quite heavy. This ice pack is brilliant. Large enough to wrap round with the velcro straps and freezes quickly ready for next use. It is fairly pliable so you can still walk and stretch your leg. It has really helped her with the pain and swelling. Absolutely recommend this.

This product has been my best buddy since my ACL hamstring graft surgery. The product is large enough to cover both my poorly knee and the lower region of my hamstring, so I was able to ice all affected parts in one go. The pack remained cold enough for the full duration of the recommended 20 minute icing time. My only suggestion is that you buy two, so that you can ice every hour, because it does take some time (i.e. about 2 hours) to re-freeze properly again and having only one pack restricts how often you can ice. I did not use the pack whilst walking around and do not think that it would stay in place whilst moving about.
