Will this for a festool cleantec D32/27 hose?

The adaptor can be used to adapt between various sized hozes. Some fiddling with the various step to may be needed to cover all the size combinations. The 26.5mm adaptor: connects to all 26mm hoses -- 32.45mm: connects to all 32mm diameter hoses -- 34.75mm: connects to 35mm hoses (via wide end) -- 40.88mm: connects to 38mm hoses (via wide end).

My vacuum cleaners hose is 25mm, will I be able to use this adapter to connect 35mm tools?

This is made of fairly firm plastic so not the easiest to shape and squeeze. Measurements depend on whether this adaptor fits inside the hose or around the hose so here's both inner and outer diameter for both ends: Outer: 26.5mm and 40.5 Inner: 22.1mm and 35.2mm I put a few slits in each end so that it would fit more comfortably in my hoses

Is it hard plastic or a soft rubber material?

It is a relatively flexible plastic - more flexible than the larger-diameter adapters. If you want a stepped rubber one, Trend routers supplied one with the dust vac, but I'm not sure if it comes separately. We still had to adapt this one with a bit of black gaffer tape to fit the mitre-saw: there does not seem to be a standard set of connections on anything. Hope that helps.

Hi what are the external diameters please. I am hoping that one step is 36.5mm external and Ideally 32mm internal.

I am sorry I cannot supply this information as I threw my tube away. It would not fit any of the connectors I tried (Dyson Vacuum, Black & Decker sander or Ryobi One Plane)
