They get extramly hot!
DO NOT PUT DIRECLY ONLY SKIN OR USE FOR PERIOD PAINS ON THE SKIN. These get very hot and you don't realise it. I peeled my skin off with it after 6 hours 😐 I didn't read the box... Do not put on your skin. Um yer my own fault given 5 stars as they are great for back pain over a top.... Just don't be silly like me and slap one on your womb 😒

Heat up well help my back pain
Very good heat up lovely & warm on clothing helps my osteoartritic back pain while at work . They do lose there stick a bit sometimes but overall good
