Every bag is sealed in an exceptionally strong plastic so the salt is always dry. The tablets keep their shape well and do not disintegrate into power. They are always delivered quickly so I keep coming back.

The product was exactly as expected notsure that each bag needed to be in its own cardboard box. Did nothing for easy handling as the 26kg bags slopped around as I tried to manoeuvre the bags/boxes into their storage area.otherwise all is good.

The salt was well priced. It was well packed and delivery date given in advance. An easy way to get the 25kg bags delivered.

Have found this salt to be working very well in our home water softener. Seems to the best we have used so far - tried two other brands. We don't get any saltiness in the water, lasts a good time, the water softener keeps working even when the salt level gets lower than it should (oops!) and the plastic bags come delivered wrapped in cardboard which means they don't have splits like other deliveries I have had. Will be ordering again.

Used to use a different salt pack of tablets broken up like bricks. Have since been using these and my second order. Easier to scoop and put into the container. Needless to say because small and bag heavy inevitably when one comes to the end of the back many tablets are crushed into powder. Not an issue but to be aware.
