Best not keep it in the fridge as it makes it thicker and harder to pump. Once pump is in its sealed. I've had a bottle for a couple of months and it's OK.

Hi: IT taste similar taste than a marzipan, but in this case is more than an almond. Marzipan its different because has flour, sugar, and almond. But its similar. Thanks

Can I drinking with water?

Well its' a syrup not a cordial...i guess you could try it. I use mine with coffee and in cocktails. I'm sure it would mix with water, might be nice with sparkling water
