Much Better Than Expected for the Price
Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pump for the price. Robustly manufactured and even the supplied bolts to clamp it to a baseboard were of good quality. Easy to fir garden hose to the suction and supply sides of the pump and then attach to an electric drill. It does what it says and pumps liquids, at a very acceptable rate. Worked well lifting liquid approximately 2m. Very satisfied and great value for money.

Excellent little pump
This turned out to be an ideal little pump. I had to empty some water in an inspection pit and it worked really well. The drive power is supplied by your own electric drill, attached to the spindle of the pump, and it's a good system which keeps the price down. I took the advice to fix th pump to a board and this was very valuable advice. I needed a couple of wooden wedges to support the drill to the right height but that was easy. My only concern, and it's not really a criticism of the pump, is that it was not keen on pumping the water at the bottom where there was algae growing. Overall, a good purchase.

Woodcraft Pump
I bought this to pump when I was changing a domestic heating oil tank and needed to transfer 400 litres of kerosene. My expectations were low given the price but, I have to say, this little pump worked exceptionally well and it didn’t take long to empty the old tank.I had to remove the dregs in the bottom of the tank via the fill point in the top, I just needed to prime the pump first.Brilliant pump for the price, it saved me a lot of money not having to call someone in to swap the oil tank.Just to make it easier, I mounted the pump and drill on a plywood off-cut so nothing could move while it was pumping.

Not durable
Ok but does not last as it starts to leak, not the most durable item even with limited sporadic use.

Surprisingly effective little pump!
I used it with my drill to transfer water from a rain barrel, and it worked smoothly. Setup was quick, and the flow rate was decent. Definitely handy for small jobs around the house. Just don’t expect industrial strength, it’s plastic and best for clean liquids only.

Smooth & Fast
After having a Faithfull brand pump that gave up within three outings and only 30 mins 'service', this is very reassuring. Smooth, relatively quiet and very effective, I had a 120l water feature pumped out in 5 mins @ c2000 rpm as opposed to the 2800rpm max.It does need to be lubricated so only for liquids to be disposed of as there will be minor traces carried with it.1 star reserved as not yet clear as to how long it may last.
