Have used O'Keeffe's before in the round tub and it is by far the best hand cream out there. It's a bit thick and a bit greasey at first but it absorbs into the skin perfectly restoring skin heath, my dry cracked hands are so soft after using this. It can sting a bit if hands are severely cracked but it is worth it as it heals them so well. I purchased the squeezed bottle to put in my handbag for convenience over having to undo the round tubs of this cream and it is far easier to have the squeezey tube, same quality but easier to use. Totally recommend.

This stuff really works , curried the biggest splits on the tops of my fingers , as a postie I didn’t think anything could help , this is miraculous , will never be with out a pot of it

One of the best handcreams I've ever used. Due to illness, my hands had become very dry & chapped. They were so dry the skin was splitting in-between my fingers. However after using this handcream just a few times, my skin is almost back to normal. The cracked skin has all but healed and my hands once again feel soft and hydrated. Would highly recommend this product

I purchased this as a friend of mine told me that this was a great hand cream. How right he was. I get dry and cracked skin on my hands a lot due to working outside a lot all year round. My first application felt really good as it all soaked into my skin and they felt good for the first application. I use it regular and it's getting better. I will continue to use as often as I need it. I do carry it with me at work as the pot is small enough for my jacket. The thickness of the cream is good and spreads well. and not really a smell to it at all. I will be buying more pots of this. Recommended.

Excellent hand cream, first time I’ve used it as my hands were in a terrible state with all the cold wet weather. Not greasy to use either. After a few days I could see the difference, after two weeks my hands are back to normal. Highly recommended

I bought this hand cream as an alterative to Flexitol (which is excellent but difficult to find at the moment). The hand cream is effective and a good alternative.

I was skeptical as nothing was working to ease the sore, itchy and dry hand, not even prescription creams. As soon as I applied it there was relief. I've only been using it for a couple of days and the difference it has made is remarkable. No more dry skin catching on clothes causing hand to itch, no more scratching - reduced soreness. A little greasy but absorbs quickly. Overall, 100% happy (so is hubby as no longer scratching in my sleep)

Dopo aver provato un infinito numero di prodotti per la cura delle mani, (soffro di ragadi) per cui con il freddo la situazione diventa difficile, spaccature praticamente su tutte le dita. Leggendo le varie recensioni, mi sono convinto all'acquisto , come sempre con Prime è arrivata in un giorno, appena arrivata era sabato, ho iniziato ad usarla, e già dal lunedì le spaccature avevano smesso di sanguinare e di procurarmi dolori. Prodotto veramente valido.

Se lo compré para un vecino en el pueblo. En el invierno, tiene las manos muy secos con algunas grietas en los dedos. Ha visitado al medico y recomendarin alguna crema oero no mejoró mucho. Le compré esta crema hace aproximadamente un mes y las manos han mejorado mucho. Las grietas ya han desaparecido. Él está muy feliz! Por lo tanto el otro dia pedí dos tubos más. Buen producto.
